This is very strange. I used the original image you posted and replaced my header.php code with the code you posted and the rss button is showing as it should (see the image below).

Wow. I have changed a lot of coding along the way and wouldn't have any idea of what could be behind this.

Here is a list of what plugins are on this site.

I just figured out what the problem was. I always take the Wasteland blank header image to photoshop and add in whatever photo is needed, do my work then upload that new header image to the theme in the c-panel. Your header image is 990x140. The header I sent you I made it's new image size to 990x140 also, then incorporated that over your brown one and saved it. When I upload it like that, it won't show in the header so I have always had to make any photos in the header a bit smaller. When I saw you had made the one I sent you work, it may be wonder how that could be. So, I took that header I sent you back to photoshop and changed the image size to 987x137 instead of 990x140 and it worked.

Thanks for making me think deeper. I still don't know why you were able to upload mine and I could not? Anyway, I won't split hairs over that as no one can tell the difference.

Thanks for always being there. Oh, is there any coding that would allow me to upload a photo to your header and resize it like in a post, instead of me going to photoshop everytime.

You must love what you do:-)

You know that if you add a different header image (that is full size) you don't need to go to photoshop and put it on top the the original image, right? You can just use the new image on it's own. Of course if I'm misunderstanding and you're not doubling the images then ignore what I just said.

As for your question about uploading and resizing an image...I don't think there is what you're looking for. Possibly could be something if you got into js or flash maybe but I don't know.

And I do love doing this...I just wish I was able to devote more time to it. :)

So if I upload an image directly without putting it on top of a brown blank header image, what would full size mean?

Are you able to tell me how to raise up the content and picture on a page? I have tried adjusting everything in this coding in the CSS style sheer to no avail:

.post { padding: 1px 0 0px 0; }
.post h2 a { font-size: 20px; margin: 0 0 0 25px; padding-top: 5px; color: #000;}
.entry { font-size: 1.02em; background: url(images/dot.gif) repeat-x scroll 0pt 100% !important; line-height: 1.42em; padding: 0 0 40px 0; }
.postmetadata { margin: 0; font-size: 9px; }
.date { font-size: .9em; margin-top: -30px; }

I am attaching a picture of what I mean. I want to raise up all the content by a line or 2.
Thanks.

Try adjusting the 20px in the padding: on this line:
  Code:
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { color: #533419; font-family: Georgia, "Trebuchet MS", Helvetica, Verdana, Times, Tahoma, Arial, Sans-serif; margin: 0; padding: 0 0 20px 5px; }

Adjusting the 20px in the coding does bring up the page but it also brings up "posted by" in the posts all the way up to the title of the post if I use the setting I want. Is there a setting just to bring content up on pages and not posts too? I know I am probably being a bit anal, but I love this too and love this theme:-)

THANKS, Eric

You can adjust the margin-top setting in this line:
  Code:
.date { font-size: .9em; margin-top: -30px; }

Try setting it to -10px and see how that works.
