How to add text in "About The author"

How do I add text next to it ??

The text for this box is drawn from your user profile. Go into Admin >> Users >> Your Profile and fill in the Biographical Info box (down near the bottom of the page).

By the way, can I add another language (Chinese) in the blog ?? I tried to paste a chinese article but it show up as ?????

WordPress blogs are in English by default but there are translation files (or something like that) already out there for many different languages. I personally don't know much about any of that so I would refer you to this page in the Codex as well as maybe check on the wp forums as the folks there may know more about it.
