No space before an h2

Nice theme, but when I have a h2 or h3 after a </p> there is no blank line at all. I would like to add that blank line if possible. Can somebody help me please? Here is the code

Can you give a little more detail? Where is this happening, in posts or pages? Also can you provide a link to your site so I can get a better idea of what's going on?
