How do I edit the Welcome section

I have searched through the entire wp back office to figure this out and can't.

There is an intro section as follows:

Welcome To Our Site...

This section is to display just about any kind of information you'd like. To remove this section simply delete any references to 'intro.php' in the Main Index Template.

How do I edit the text in this section. I absolutely love this template, it's so clean and classy. Just can't figure out how to edit this section. Your help is appreciated.

Go into Admin >> Appearances >> Editor >> intro.php and edit the text to add your own, keeping it within the <p></p> tags to preserve the formatting.
